Overview

The Stripp & Co is committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with every purchase. If a product does not meet expectations, it may be eligible for return or exchange under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • Products purchased during sale or Promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Returns are only applicable for orders placed through official channels (thestripp.in or authorized retail partners).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return:
    Contact the support team at 9502369993, 9502569993, 9505835734 within 3 days of receiving the order. Include the order number, reason for return, and supporting images and video verification upon unboxing of the package (where-ever applicable).
  • Approval & Pickup:
    Once the return request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled through our logistics partner. The item must be securely packed in its original packaging. We refund the amount minus Rs.200/- (adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per Order in your bank account or UPI-ID.
  • Inspection & Refund:
    After the returned item is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
    • If the item fails inspection (used, damaged, or missing tags), the return will be declined and the product will be sent back.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. A replacement or full refund will be provided after video verification and product images are sent.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order will follow the standard return process.
